  1. Shipping costs and delivery areas

1.1 The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and delivery location. The exact shipping costs are displayed in the ordering process before completing the order.

1.2 We ship within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland. The exact delivery areas are available on our website and can be selected during the ordering process.

  1. Delivery times

2.1 The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days. This is non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2.2 If a product is not immediately available, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery time. In the event of delays in delivery, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.

3.1 Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

3.2 Shipping is carried out by our shipping service provider DHL or Hermes. The choice of shipping service provider may vary depending on the place of delivery.

We attach great importance to environmentally friendly packaging. Most of our packaging materials are recyclable. We strive to minimize plastic waste and rely on sustainable packaging solutions.

From an order value of 80 euros, delivery within Germany is free of charge. Separate regulations apply to deliveries to other countries, which are displayed during the ordering process.

  1. Default of acceptance by the customer

If the customer is in default of acceptance, we are entitled to charge the customer for the costs incurred.

  1. Damaged or missing goods

If the delivered goods show obvious damage or products are missing, we ask you to report this to the deliverer immediately upon receipt of the goods and to inform us at info@leometics.de
